Find non-touristy cruises on Halong Bay

My husband and I (early 30s) are headed to Vietnam and would like to spend the night on a nice Junk Boat. We're looking for a comfortable experience, somewhat delux but not over-the-top luxury. Mostly, we don't want to feel like we're part of a tourist machine. Civilized but fun. Any thoughts? There are so many! Any help would be wonderful!

I recommend you Dragon Pearl Cruise. It goes deep into Bai Tu Long bay, the very peaceful place.
Bai Tu Long bay is the extension of Ha Long bay, but is not explored much for tourism. So it is not touristy at all. Go with Dragon's Pearl, you will stay overnight in Bai Tu Long area. You will have a feeling of only you on the bay.
