AIT-SAPA looks like a mountainous village on a rose garden, which blooms througout the year. Eleven stilt houses made of local contsructional materials and on the unique architecture of the Tay ethnic minority.

The hotel has the open view on the Violet, Muong Hoa valleys and the Fansipan mount. The internal roads connecting the 11 stilt houses snake through the rose garden and are ideal for those who like walking or jogging.

AIT-Sapa has two houses located on the separated area, making them an ideal place for honeymooners. AIT also has open sites for camping, team building and group dining activities.
