Restaurant: Top Lounge Restaurant is located on level ten. It offers the most scenic views of West Lake, Truc Bach Lake and Red River. One can also see the tops of all the houses in the city and the greenery of trees.

Top Lounge Restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast; it is the place where one can down a couple of beers or evening drinks while staying connected to the internet!  Guests can host parties here.

Bar: This is the ideal place to unwind after a long trip or hard day of work. Guests can sip a fresh drink or a strong whisky while looking at the wonderful West Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Red River or the rooftops of the city.

The Top Lounge and the bar are open from 6 am to 10 pm. The restaurant serves international and traditional Vietnamese cuisines and offers a la carte menu. It is air conditioned and can seat up to 75 guests. It also has a separate non-smoking area.

Meeting Room: The Cua Bac Meeting Room, which can accommodate up to 50 guests, is suitable for small meetings, trainings or workshops. The room has a U-shaped boardroom table and all the basic facilities required to hold a meeting, including internet access.
